I received a gel manicure at Glow Nail Bar and the manicure was very professional. If you choose to have your nails done here allot a longer amount of time than you normally would for a manicure because the girls take their time.

My appt time was 11 yet I wasn't taken til 11:40. Service was very nice just couldn't stay to finish with hand massage bc I had to race home for my daughter to get home from school. I understand appointments can run behind but let your customers know up front in case they can't wait and need to reschedule. Everyone's time carries a value.

I came into town to visit my daughter and her family. I googled this shop and brought my daughter in. We were both impressed that every single instrument down to and including nail files and pumice stones are new. This was the first time I've ever had a nail tech change the file on the dremel in front of me. The techs were engaged with us and not speaking another language to each other in front of us. I don't mean to be offensive but I do find that very rude. They did a wonderful job and I will visit again. I highly recommend this shop. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I always have a pleasant experience when I come. The nail techs are friendly and do an excellent job with my pedicures.

I have been to the Nail Glow Bar 3 times. 2 out of the 3 times my nail tech was Melissa. I was very pleased with her services and the environment. The salon is clean with a relaxing, calming vibe. They wil continue to get my business.

I went for my first time today and got a gel mani/pedi. Wilmary did a wonderful job. I gave her a pretty hard task and she would not give up. My nails turned out perfect and I'm ready to rock them at prom!

After reading the reviews, I thought this is definitely a place to check out and I'm glad I did. The atmosphere is very hip and relaxed. Lots of different polishes to choose from with many different brands. The chairs for pedicures were roomy and comfortable. They offer their customers a drink such as soda, water, mimosa, or wine. There was a bit of a line but it went quickly. I got the basic pedicure. They opened a new package of equipment before which made me feel like they cared about individual cleanliness. This was my first pedicure experience without someone hurting my feet. It was thorough and done with effort to be easy. My feet feel amazing and my toenails look perfect. I would like to thank you guys for a wonderful experience, and I will be back to try a manicure :)

I had an appt made for 530pm for a simple pedi and arrived right on time. It wasn't until 617 I was asked what I was there for and told them for my 530 appt . They looked at the books and I heard "oh!" The place is super clean and the ladies are very sweet but for the only 2 times I've been I've always made an appt and have always had to wait 45-60min for the service and this part is disappointing .

I have always bragged about the great service I get at your salon. I always tip well, even when the service isn't so great. But, today and two weeks ago when I was there things weren't so great. Today I asked that my nails not be shortened, not be filed down on the sides so they would keep their shape and that the acrylic not be too thick. I got all three of those things. Plus some of my nails have ridges where they weren't smoothed enough. It's more frustrating every time I come in.

This is the best nail salon I've ever been too I've went to like two other places and wasn't fully satisfied and when one of my coworkers told me about this place I came in the next following week and I don't regret it!!!! It's the best experience to come into a shop where you don't have to hear foreign languages wondering if they're talking about you as they're giving you service and lastly it's amazing to be in a salon that is filled with people of my color and yes there is diversity but I love the fact most of the workers are black and is a black owned business the service is amazing the music is amazing they accommodate your needs and make sure you're satisfied I found a salon I can continuously go to and won't ever switch again this is the best place ever thank god for glow nail bar

While I'm usually very happy with the service, today was not so good. I had a 2:45 appt and my tech was with another client til almost 3:30. And although it was just a nail repair, the job was rushed. Hopefully this was a one time occurrence

This is my go to nail salon for several reasons. This first reason? Free drinks! (LOL - JK) I simply love the location, the staff provides high quality work (full sets last weeks on end) and they are extremely receptive to client feedback. Not to mention, the decor is extremely posh! Pricing is on par with your standard salon - but the quality is what will bring you back. Make appointments to avoid the wait, and have patience (because there is sometimes a wait even with appt).

You have a beautiful setting, great prices, and above average service. My nails never stay on so I searched for a place where I could talk to the person doing my nails. At my appointment at Glow Nail Bar I was able to explain my previous problems and my nail specialist listened, explained why it was happening and did my nails in a way where it has been almost two weeks and they are still on and doing GREAT! I will never go anywhere else again!

I love Crystal at Glow Nail Bar! My fingernails were severely damaged from years of wearing acrylic and having them ripped off (by another nail vendor) everytime I needed a new set. My nails were paper thin, cracked and tender to the touch. Crystal was gentle and truly cared about the condition of my nails. I will definitely go back again, and again.

Great! The only thing to improve the experience would be a nice glass of wine :) Polish is lasting, technician was great! Enjoyed overall ambiance and selection of colors.

I made an appointment and received a confirmin email. Had to cancel and got a confirmation. Made a new appointment and received nothing back. Went to Simplybook thru your website and could not view pending appointments. Looked at Sheree's schedule in case tge system did not accept my new appointment. System showed Sheree booked all day...called and confirmed you had my appointment. Sheree was not booked all day. This leads to confusion and could cost you business.

My grandaughter and I had a great experience at Glow. We were each treated with a friendly and expert service. It is nice to have a spa that English is the predominate language. (I don't mean to offend anyone). I highly recommend this salon. This is my second visit and my daughter gave gift certificate to my granddaughters teachers for Christmas. They were delighted.

Alicia was absolutely amazing! I got a full set of Gel Powder nails done, in a Stiletto shape, with gel Polish and she did every step perfectly! She was also extremely personable and even brought me a glass of wine. I will definitely be back! It's a wonderfully run establishment!

I had high hopes for this shop. Cute salon, friendly people, but it took me THREE hours to get my nails done. My technician was running behind, so I waited an hour to even be seen, and on top of that, she was double booked. So, she took the other lady before she saw me and then took her sweet time with me. Again, she was very sweet, but after I've been waiting 2 hours, I wanted to hurry up and get out of there. I'm debating whether or not I will return to Glow Nail Bar.

I recently visited Glow for the first time this weekend after making the appointment online two days in advance. When I arrived, I was asked to put my name on the list and waited about a half hour before my services started, and it wasn't with the person I scheduled. Iris did a great job with my mani/pedi but why having a booking service if you're not going to honor it? The place is beautiful, spa-like and clean. Each person was serviced with tools that were sterilized and packaged - a huge plus! I will definitely go back but I hope the booking/time management issues are worked out.

I have been waiting for this place to open since I saw initial advertisements for it. I brought my older sister this past weekend who came into town. The atmosphere was beautiful and the complimentary beverages were a lovely touch. The staff was so kind and friendly and our pedicures were wonderful. Will definitely be back!
